FAQs For General Insurance

1) What should I do if I choose to use your service for the first time for Motor Insurance renewal?

Just prepare to email or whatsapp the following details:

i)     Photocopy IC

ii)    Car Registration Cert (Aka Geran Kereta)

iii)   Car Insurance policy/Cover Note (if any)

iv)    Any other driver’s name

v)    Windscreen / Flood / Natural Disaster benefits

 

After that our helpful staff will contact you to provide the best quotation for you as soon as they are available.

 

2) Do I still have to provide the same details as above on my next renewal?

No, you do not have to, we’ll keep the records for next renewal unless you instruct us to delete from our system via email.

 

3) How do I make payment to SCG?

Our helpful staff will provide you our company bank account no. for you to bank in or transfer. As soon as we receive the payment, we’ll proceed to renew your car insurance and Road Tax.

 

4) What are the others charges involve beside the insurance premium?

No.

 

5) Should I appoint you to help renew road tax, what are the charges?

Courier Charge / Postage Charge – RM 8.00 (Peninsula Malaysia) or

Express Delivery Charge – RM 20.00 (Only Klang Valley or Ipoh) plus

Dispatch Fee – RM 7.00

 

6) How long does it takes to receive my Road Tax after renewal of car insurance?

Please allow us to have 2 – 3 working days for courier. However, should you require Express Courier Service – same day or next working day.

 

7) Can I request for quotations from different Insurance companies to compare price and benefits?

Yes, you may request max of 3 quotations.

FAQs For Mortgage Loan facilities

1) What should I do if I appoint SCG service?

Just contact us via Whatsapp or email and our executives shall contact you as soon as they are available.

 

2) What are the charges involve?

a)   Professional Fee & Service Charge – Currently FOC till further notice.

b)   Dispatch Fees – RM 100.00

c)   Administration Charges – RM 200.00

 

3) When do I have to pay the above charges?

Our executives will collect the fee from you upon collection of documents for loan application. Should you choose to cease the loan application during the process or reject the approved loan from any bank, there is no refund for fees collected.

 

However, should the loan application decline by the bank(s), the payment collected will be refund to you.

FAQs For SME Loan facilities

1) What should I do if I appoint SCG service?

Just contact us via Whatsapp or email and our executives shall contact you as soon as they are available.

 

2) What are the charges involve?

a)   Professional Fee – 0.75% or Min RM 1,500.00

b)   Dispatch Fees – RM 100.00

c)   Administration Charges – RM 200.00

 

3) When do I have to pay the above charges?

Our executives will collect the Professional fee (at least 50%) from you upon collection of documents for loan application. Should you choose to cease the loan application during the process or reject the approved loan from any bank, there is no refund for fees collected.

 

However, should the loan application decline by the banks, the Professional Fee payment collected will be refund to you except the Dispatch Fees and Administration Charges
